Limited to persons having primary residence within twenty-five(25) mile radius of Rockdale, NY, for a period of one(1) year, or as approved by majority vote of the Board of Directors. Resident membership dues will be as established yearly by the Board of Directors and approved by the membership.
To include persons outside of a twenty-five(25) mile radius of Rockdale, NY, who have been past resident members. Non-resident membership dues shall be two and one-half(2 1/2) times the annual Resident Member dues.
A person seeking admission as a member of the club is required to complete a "Member Data Sheet" which shall include the signature's of two(2) sponsors who are current resident members and in good standing for a minimum of two(2) years. Also, each candidate is expected to attend at least one(1) club meeting or activity. In the event of hardship, this may be waived by a majority vote of the membership.

Candidates shall be nominated by their sponsor(s), at any regular club meeting. At this meeting, a completed Member Data Sheet shall be presented to the Vice President for review. Candidates are encouraged to attend this meeting for introduction to the club. An individual applying for a club membership must be approved by a vote of the members present at a regular club meeting.
A vote to approve candidates for membership shall not take place until the next regular club meeting. During this waiting period, comments regarding a candidate shall be directed to the Vice President, or any member of the Board of Directors.

The annual dues of each member of the club shall be set forth by the membership and payable on the 3rd Wednesday of October of each year.
Each resident member is entitled to have two(2) invited guests to participate in the use of the ranges. Guests eligible for membership are strongly urged to apply for membership after three(3) visits.
All ranges shall be closed when the clubhouse and grounds are in use through private rental, or assignment, unless prior approval of the membership or board of directors is obtained. The trap range and outdoor rifle/pistol range are closed throughout the big game hunting season and whenever posted.
The use of the trap range shall be restricted to members who have been trained in the proper operation of the trap. A list of those members shall be posted in the clubhouse. Special functions, (hunter safety classes, etc...) requiring use of the trap range must be approved by the range committee.
Each resident member is entitled to have two(2) invited guests when using the club woodlands for hunting purposes during the small game, archery and big game seasons and must accompany said guests.
The construction of permanent tree stands on club lands is prohibited. Portable stands are allowed and a liability release waiver must be signed and the stand must be tagged with the name and phone number of the member. Stands are to be removed two(2) weeks after the close of big game season. No screw-in steps are allowed.
A rental form must be submitted to the activities committee no less than four(4) weeks in advance of planned use.
Fees for such use shall be set forth by the membership and said fee is payable in advance of planned use.
